Brief Description RAINFALL WARNING
Detailed Description 5:21 AM NDT Friday 2 August 2024 Rainfall Warning in effect for: Northern Peninsula East Rain, at times heavy, continues. Locations: Great Northern Peninsula. Additional rainfall: 10 to 15 mm, with locally higher amounts possible. Time span: until midday today. Remarks: Between 60 and 70 mm of rain has been reported since Thursday afternoon. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
