Detailed Description 10:27 AM MST Monday 23 September 2024 Wind Warning in effect for: Dempster Strong winds that may cause damage are expected or occurring. Where: Near the Richardson Mountains. When: Today. What: Easterly winds of 80 gusting to 100 km/h. Remarks: A low pressure centre over the Gulf of Alaska is bringing strong easterly winds in the Dempster near the Richardson Mountains. The winds will ease late this afternoon. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions due to high winds.
