Detailed Description The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Neches River Near Diboll affecting Polk, Angelina, Tyler, Houston and Trinity Counties. Neches River Near Neches affecting Anderson, Houston and Cherokee Counties. Neches River Near Alto affecting Anderson, Houston, Cherokee and Trinity Counties. For the Neches River. including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN. Until late Friday evening. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 13.0 feet Thursday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History.
