The floodwaters extend from near Watonga in Blaine County. downstream to near Calumet in western Canadian County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast.
