Brief Description Blizzard Warning
Detailed Description Blizzard conditions with gusty winds and visibility frequently near zero in snow and blowing snow are expected or occurring. When: This afternoon to Saturday morning. Where: Dempster Highway Additional information: Flurries and winds will increase in intensity today with easterly winds gusting to 110 km/h. With fresh snow falling, rising winds will create deteriorating visibility. Snow could become heavy at times tonight and Saturday with 10 to 20 cm forecast. Winds will ease Saturday morning with visibility improving. Local blowing snow is still possible for the rest of Saturday. ### Travel is expected to be extremely hazardous due to reduced visibility.
