| Detailed Description | 9:47 AM MDT Thursday 27 June 2024 Rainfall Warning in effect for: Co. of Grande Prairie near Beaverlodge Hythe and Demmitt Heavy rainfall continues, with total amounts of 50 to 70 mm. Rain will persist through the day today before tapering off tonight. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
