4:07 PM ADT Wednesday 1 May 2024 Rainfall Warning in effect for: Cartwright to Black Tickle Rain, heavy at times continues. Locations: southeastern Labrador from Lodge Bay to Cartwright. Additional rainfall: Cartwright and vicinity: 5 to 10 mm. Black Tickle to Lodge Bay: 30 to 45 mm. Time span: continuing through tonight for Cartwright and vicinity and through Thursday for Black Tickle to Lodge Bay. Remarks: The rain is expected to change to a mixture of snow and/or freezing rain on Thursday before it ends, especially over areas in and near Cartwright. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
