| Detailed Description | * WHAT. For the Lake Wind Advisory for Flathead Lake, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 possible. * WHERE. Flathead/Mission Valleys. * WHEN. For the Lake Wind Advisory, from 6 AM to 9 PM MDT Sunday for Flathead Lake. For the Freeze Watch, from late Sunday night through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft. |
