Brief Description	Snow Squall Warning
Detailed Description	Intense lake effect snow squall moving south of the area this evening. Hazards: Locally heavy snowfall with additional accumulations of 10 to 15 cm. Peak snowfall rates of 4 to 8 cm per hour. Significantly reduced visibility at times in heavy snow and local blowing snow. Timing: Ending this evening. Discussion: An intense lake effect snow band will continue to shift southward. Westerly to northwesterly winds gusting to 50 km/h will result in local blowing snow, predominantly for exposed areas near Georgian Bay. The snow squall activity will shift south of the area this evening. ### Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult.
