4:06 PM MST Thursday 27 June 2024 Special Weather Statement in effect for: Pelly - Carmacks A period of unseasonably high temperatures will continue into the weekend. When: Now through Sunday. Where: Dawson, Mayo and Pelly - Carmacks regions. Remarks: A warm airmass remains over the central Yukon this week. This brings daytime maximum temperatures of about 5 degrees Celsius above seasonal normals. There may be some brief relief in the afternoons as a chance of showers or thunderstorms exists for most days. Never leave people or pets inside a parked vehicle.
