Brief Description Tropical Storm Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 25 to 30 kt and seas 7 to 12 feet. For the Tropical Storm Watch, east winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 12 to 17 feet. * WHERE. Alenuihaha Channel, Big Island Leeward Waters and Big Island Southeast Waters. * WHEN. Tropical Storm Watch in effect from Saturday evening to Monday afternoon. Small Craft Advisory until 6 PM HST Saturday. * IMPACTS. Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
