From this morning to late this evening. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, River Road on the Orange County side of the Rapidan River is flooded in a few spots, and pastureland is flooded on both sides of the river. Other low lying roads near the river are also beginning to flood, and access to homes may become limited. No structures are affected at this level. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 3:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 9.4 feet, or 3.6 feet below flood stage. - Forecast. The river will rise above flood stage late this morning to 14.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon to 8.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will rise to 9.4 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet. - Flood History.
