Detailed Description The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in North Carolina. Cape Fear River At Elizabethtown affecting Bladen County. Cape Fear River At William O Huske Lock And Dam 3 affecting Bladen and Cumberland Counties. Northeast Cape Fear River Near Burgaw affecting Pender County. . The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North Carolina. South Carolina. Waccamaw River near Freeland affecting Brunswick and Columbus Counties. Great Pee Dee River At Pee Dee affecting Marion and Florence Counties. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Great Pee Dee River at Pee Dee. * WHEN. From Friday morning to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS. At 19.0 feet, Flood waters will affect swamplands adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 18.8 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 19.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
