Detailed Description The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Mississippi. Yazoo River At Yazoo City affecting Yazoo County. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Yazoo River at Yazoo City. * WHEN. Until early Saturday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 8:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 31.3 feet. - Forecast. The river has crested and is expected to fall below flood stage Friday morning and continue falling to 26.7 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
