Where: Coquihalla Highway, Allison Pass, Okanagan Connector, and Kootenay Pass. When: Tonight to Wednesday morning. What: Snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 cm with locally higher amounts possible. Transportation routes may be impacted. Travellers should be prepared for rapidly changing weather conditions. Remarks: An upper trough of low pressure will bring a cooler airmass to the southern BC Interior in the next couple of days. Snow levels will drop below the passes for most high elevation travellers routes tonight and snowfall can be expected through Wednesday morning. Snow level is forecast to rise above the mountain passes Wednesday afternoon. Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
