Maximum temperature Tuesday: near 30 degrees Celsius (Humidex 35) Minimum temperature Tuesday night: 18 to 20 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperature Wednesday: 30 to 33 degrees Celsius (Humidex 40) Minimum temperature Wednesday night: 22 to 24 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperature Thursday: 30 to 33 degrees Celsius (Humidex 40) Minimum temperature Thursday night: 17 to 20 degrees Celsius. Locations: New Brunswick Remarks: hot conditions could possibly continue into Friday, especially over central and southwestern areas of the province. Extreme heat can affect everyone?s health. Drink plenty of water regularly, even before you feel thirsty to decrease your risk of dehydration. Thirst is not a good indicator of dehydration. Watch for early signs of heat illness (feeling unwell, fatigue, thirst, headache) as these can rapidly evolve into life-threatening emergencies. Move to a cooler environment immediately, such as a shaded or air-conditioned space. All workers should take regularly scheduled breaks in a cool or shaded space. Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
