Detailed Description Blizzard conditions with gusty winds and visibility frequently near zero in snow and blowing snow are expected or occurring. Where: Dempster Highway When: Now to this afternoon Details: Strong winds and some fresh snow will worsen visibility. ### Travel is expected to be extremely hazardous due to reduced visibility.
