Southeastern De Baca County in east central New Mexico. * Until 1130 PM MDT. * At 845 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the very saturated warned area. Between 0.50 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar indicated. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Mainly rural areas of Southeastern De Baca Count, including Union Lake Road and Black Spring Road south-southeast of Fort Sumner.
