Portions of Alabama, including the following counties, Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan and southern middle Tennessee, including the following counties, Franklin, Lincoln and Moore. * WHEN. Through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall are expected through Saturday. Additional rainfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches are expected in the heaviest bands of rainfall, with locally higher amounts.
