| Detailed Description | 2:42 PM EDT Tuesday 23 April 2024 Weather Advisory in effect for: Nipigon - Marathon - Superior North Winter weather travel advisory in effect. Hazards: Snow, heavy at times with local snowfall accumulations of 5 to 10 cm. Reduced visibility in heavy snow. Timing: Ending this afternoon. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
