* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Bryan, Carter, Comanche, Cotton, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnston, Kiowa, Love, Marshall, Murray, Stephens and Tillman and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Foard, Hardeman, Knox, Wichita and Wilbarger. * WHEN. Through this evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Heavy rainfall from thunderstorms may lead to localized flash flooding across the watch area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood |
