Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 833 AM EDT, Emergency management reported minor flood impacts along the Catawba River downstream of Lake Wylie, in eastern portions of York County. Minor flooding has been occurring since Friday afternoon and likely will continue into Tuesday morning as runoff continues, and/or as water is moved through the chain of reservoirs along the upper Catawba River. - The Catawba River, and adjacent low-lying areas, are the most likely place to experience minor flooding. Buildings and parking lots will be flooded on Herrons Ferry Rd below Cherry Rd near Rock Hill. Significant flooding of Landsford Canal State Park is ongoing and the public is advised to avoid the area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay, Newport, Lesslie, Catawba and areas immediately downstream of Lake Wylie. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
