Maximum daytime temperatures: 28 to 32 degrees Celsius. Minimum overnight temperatures: 18 degrees Celsius. Locations: southeastern Labrador. Remarks: Very high temperatures will dominate for the next couple of days, especially inland. Temperatures are forecast to turn cooler over all areas on Tuesday night. Extreme heat can affect everyone?s health. Reduce your heat risk. Schedule outdoor activities during the coolest parts of the day. Limit direct sun exposure. Shade yourself by wearing a wide-brimmed, breathable hat and/or an umbrella. Never leave people, particularly children, or pets inside a parked vehicle. Heat warnings are issued when very high temperature or humidity conditions are expected to pose an elevated risk of heat illnesses, such as heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
