* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE. A portion of southeast South Carolina, including the following counties, Berkeley, Colleton and Dorchester. * WHEN. Until 345 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to remain above flood stage from this week's heavy rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 858 PM EDT, emergency management reported continued flooding from heavy rains associated with Tropical Storm Debby. Between 10 and 23 inches of rain have fallen over the past week. - Water levels along French Quarter Creek near Huger in Berkeley County have fallen below flood stage. No additional flooding is expected in this area, including French Quarter Creek Road. Water levels at Ireland Creek at Walterboro continue to slowly fall and are in minor flood stage. Water will continue to impact some businesses and home along Ivanhoe Road between Forest Hills Road and Lands End Road. Water levels along the Ashley River are slowly rising. Flooding is occurring in adjacent neighborhoods, including the Ashborough neighborhood and Ashley River Park.
