Davenports Le Claire Park is entirely underwater. Water affects most of River Drive from Division to Federal. Water is also at the base of the loading docks of the 2nd Street Post Office. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 15.8 feet. - Forecast.
