Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 437 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. - USGS gages on the Ogeechee River near Ellabell and Richmond Hill indicate that peak water levels have passed and continue to fall. However, flooding continues in and around the Richmond Hill area. Please continue to avoid flooded roadways and heed any remaining road closures. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. Richmond Hill, Burroughs, Brisbon, Port Royal and Rabbit Hill.
