| Detailed Description | * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, McIntosh, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * WHEN. Through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms are expected this weekend in association with a slow-moving area of low pressure aloft. Storms may also be slow-moving and could train over the same areas, in an environment that would support highly efficient rainfall producing storms. Widespread 1 to 2 inch rains are expected, with locally heavier amounts between 4 and 7 inches possible.
