| Detailed Description | 4:53 AM MDT Thursday 11 July 2024 Rainfall Warning in effect for: Ft. Liard Region including Nahanni Butte - Sambaa K''e Heavy rain will continue today. General total amounts of 30 to 50 mm are expected, with up to 70 mm possible in the vicinity and west of the Liard River. Rainfall will ease overnight into tomorrow morning. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts. Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
