Detailed Description The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois. Missouri. Mississippi River at St. Louis. . The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Illinois. Missouri. Mississippi River at Mel Price LD. Mississippi River at Lock & Dam 21. Mississippi River at Quincy. Mississippi River at LaGrange. Mississippi River at Canton. Mississippi River at Winfield. Mississippi River at Saverton. Mississippi River at Hannibal. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Mississippi River at St. Louis. * WHEN. From this evening to Friday, July 12. * IMPACTS. At 34.0 feet, Leonor K. Sullivan Bouelvard begins flooding at this level near the Eads bridge underpass. Also, flood gates at Convent Street Railroad and Rutger Street are closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 34.9 feet Saturday evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
