Brief Description SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT
Detailed Description 3:42 PM MST Wednesday 26 June 2024 Special Weather Statement in effect for: Old Crow A period of unseasonably high temperatures is expected. When: Now through Friday. Where: Old Crow. Remarks: A weak upper ridge of high pressure over the central Yukon continues to bring elevated temperatures to the region. Daytime highs near 26 degrees Celsius combined with overnight lows near 13 degrees Celsius are expected. Never leave people or pets inside a parked vehicle. Drink plenty of water even before you feel thirsty and seek cool places if necessary. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
