The missing child was last seen at 8:36 P.M., on September 20 2024 at the 4800 Block of West. 39TH, Odessa, Texas. Police are looking for Jose Magdaleno Dominguez, a 42 year old, Hispanic, Male, in connection with the abduction of the child. The suspect was last seen wearing Tan Cap, Tan Shirt, Tan Shorts. The suspect is believed to be driving a BLUE 2009 CADILLAC CTS bearing TX license plate G W X 3 0 4 7. The suspect was last seen in Odessa, Texas. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THE CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR IMMEDIATE DANGER.
