At 14.5 feet, In Port Byron, water affects commercial buildings facing the river. In Le Claire, water affects the lowest section of Canal Shore Drive south of town. Most of First Street is under water in Rapids City. Water affects the lowest portions of 1st Avenue in Hampton. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 11:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise to 14.4 feet early Monday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
