| Detailed Description | * WHAT. North winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts to 40 kt and steep to very steep wind driven seas 8 to 10 ft through this morning. By this afternoon, north winds increase to gales, 25 to 35 kt with gusts to 45 kt, and wind driven seas build to 9 to 13 ft. * WHERE. Gales and very steep hazardous warning level seas are expected beyond 2 nm from shore and south of Cape Blanco. Conditions hazardous to small craft are expected for all other areas. * WHEN. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 2 PM PDT this afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. For the Gale Warning, from 2 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS.
