Until 900 AM MST Sunday. * IMPACTS. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from earlier storms to work through local arroyos, washes, and drainages in and around the Pecos River and Rio Felix. Local law enforcement has reported water rescues. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 1152 AM MDT, trained weather spotters, media, law enforcement, and emergency managers have reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing and expected to continue well into this evening. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area through early this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
