Brief Description FOG ADVISORY
Detailed Description 5:56 PM PDT Friday 2 August 2024 Fog Advisory in effect for: West Vancouver Island Long-lasting fog with visibility near zero is expected or occurring. Where: West Vancouver Island near the coast When: Tonight and Saturday morning. Remark: Stratus surges northward from Washington State has reached West Vancouver Island today. Near zero visibility is expected near the coast through Saturday morning. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
