Brief Description Flood Warning
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE. A portion of east central Ohio, including the following county, northeastern Belmont. * WHEN. Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 456 AM EDT, Gauge reports on Wheeling Creek at Blaine indicate the water has gone above flood stage. Flood stage at Blaine is 6 feet. The current stage is 6.5 feet. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include. St. Clairsville, Bellaire, Bridgeport, Brookside and Neffs. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
