Brief Description Flood Warning
Detailed Description The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas. Neches River Near Diboll affecting Angelina, Trinity, Tyler, Houston and Polk Counties. For the Neches River. including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN. From late tonight to Monday morning. * IMPACTS. At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 7:15 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 13.0 feet early Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History. This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.1 feet on 03/12/2018. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
