Detailed Description The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Texas. Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Gregg, Upshur and Smith Counties. . The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas. Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Wood and Smith Counties. For the Sabine River. including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater, Longview, Beckville, Logansport. Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT. Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE. Sabine River near Mineola. * WHEN. Until Monday morning. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, Expect flooding of secondary roadways with picnic and recreational areas flooded as well. Also expect flooded boat ramps as well. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:15 PM CDT Friday was 15.3 feet. - Forecast. The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Sunday afternoon and continue falling to 12.1 feet Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History.
