For the Coastal Flood Statement, splash-over and beach erosion likely around the time of high tide. * WHERE. In Maine, Coastal York and Coastal Cumberland Counties. In New Hampshire, Coastal Rockingham County. * WHEN. For the High Surf Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the Coastal Flood Statement, from 3 PM this afternoon to 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS. Some water on low lying roads and property. Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.
