| Detailed Description | FFWSGF The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for. Greene County in southwestern Missouri. Webster County in southwestern Missouri. * Until 200 PM CDT Sunday. * At 602 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD. Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE. Radar. IMPACT. Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include. Springfield, Republic, Marshfield, Battlefield, Strafford, Willard, Rogersville, Seymour, Fair Grove, Fordland, Niangua, Diggins, Duncan, Brookline, Turners, Bassville, Northview, Galloway, Ebenezer, Glidewell and Bois D'arc. This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 59 and 103. This includes the following low water crossings. Cantrell Creek at Scott Creek Road, Sac River at County Road 1247, Wilson Creek at Farm Road 146, James River at Bell Ford Road, Clear Creek at Farm Road 87, Finley River at Harmony Road and Finley River at Highway Z. |
