Many flooded creeks and streams are near crest, and will gradually recede through this morning into early afternoon. * WHERE. A portion of south central Virginia, including the following county, Halifax. * WHEN. Until 400 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain impassible due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 756 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported that multiple roads remain flooded and impassible this morning. This includes Cedar Grove Road, Hudson Road, Paradise Road and Bethel Hill Road, in addition to others. - This includes the following streams and drainages. Barker Creek, Birch Creek, Bales Spring Branch, Banister River, Big Toby Creek, Ballous Creek, Aarons Creek and Big Bluewing Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
