Detailed Description * WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE. A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Cooke, Grayson, Jack, Montague, Wise and Young. * WHEN. Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches.
