5:43 AM EDT Friday 28 June 2024 Special Weather Statement in effect for: Mont-Tremblant - Sainte-Agathe area Potentially significant rainfall amounts are expected over the weekend. Amounts of 20 to 40 mm are generally forecast. However, scattered thunderstorms are expected to accompany the rain and could boost precipitation amounts beyond 50 millimetres in a few locations over Southern and Central Quebec. Timing: Saturday afternoon to Sunday evening. Significant ponding of water may occur on roads and soil. Rain could also increase the flow and level some streams and rivers.
