* WHAT. Runoff from excessive rainfall last night will continue through the morning and into the afternoon. While some areas may have water receding, other areas may have water rising for a few more hours as the runoff continues. * WHERE. Portions of north central Kansas, including the following counties, Jewell and Smith and south central Nebraska, including the following counties, Clay, Fillmore, Nuckolls, Thayer and Webster. * WHEN. Until 400 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. The White Rock Creek near Burr Oak was at 16 feet or one foot above flood stage. It is likely several streams and creeks will be in flood through early afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 729 AM CDT, Doppler radar, automated rain gauges and other rain reports indicated heavy rain between 2 and 6 inches of rain fell last night. There may be some areas which received over 6 inches of rain. - - Some locations that will experience flooding include.
