Falling snow combined with strong easterly winds producing reduced visibility along the Dempster Highway. When: Tonight to Friday night. Where: Dempster Highway. Remarks: A ridge of high pressure over the Beaufort Sea combined with a low pressure system over the Gulf of Alaska will produce strong easterly winds along the Dempster Highway beginning tonight. The strong winds and snowfall from the low will create conditions favourable for reduced visibility in blowing snow. Visibility will improve Friday night as the strong winds and snowfall ease. ### Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.
