Brief Description Flood Watch
Detailed Description * WHAT. Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. The following counties in West Texas, Bailey, Cochran, Hockley, Terry, and Yoakum. * WHEN. From late tonight through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of roadways, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop in eastern New Mexico after midnight and move east into the western South Plains through Saturday morning.
