Big Sioux River below Dell Rapids affecting Minnehaha County, At Sioux Falls I-90 affecting Minnehaha County, Near Brookings affecting Moody and Brookings Counties, And at Akron affecting Plymouth and Union Counties. Little Sioux River At Linn Grove affecting O'Brien, Clay, Cherokee and Buena Vista Counties. Ocheyedan River near Spencer affecting Clay County. Little Sioux River near Correctionville affecting Ida, Woodbury and Cherokee Counties. James River near Mitchell affecting Davison and Hanson Counties. Vermillion River near Vermillion affecting Clay County. Vermillion River near Wakonda affecting Clay County. Little Sioux River at Spencer. * WHEN. Until further notice. * IMPACTS. At 14.0 feet, City sewers in Spencer can begin to back up. Highway 18 between Spencer and Dickens can start flooding if flows on the tributary creeks are also very high. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - At 10:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.1 feet. - Recent Activity. The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:15 AM CDT Saturday was 14.3 feet. - Forecast.
