Southwestern Sumter County in central South Carolina. * Until 230 AM EST. * At 1131 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges continues to indicate heavy rain falling across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD.
