Brief Description Freezing Rain Warning
Detailed Description Freezing rain is expected tonight, causing slippery conditions. Freezing rain will begin after midnight and end Saturday morning. Conditions may be worse along parts of Highway 3 outside of Yellowknife compared to the city itself. ### Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery. Freezing rain warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
