* WHAT. Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE. A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Polk, San Jacinto and Trinity. * WHEN. Through this afternoon. * IMPACTS. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS. - Another round of rainfall is expected to impact areas along and south of the US 59 Corridor today. With widespread rainfall over the past several days saturating soils across the area, there will be an increased risk of flash flooding from this round of rainfall.
